Jita Beat Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

Jita Beat (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "Jita Beat") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Jita Beat and the user.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on Jita Beat, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use Jita Beat.

Jita Beat reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The first time you log in after any changes, you will be given the opportunity to read and accept the updated terms.

To open an account on Jita Beat, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and legally eligible to participate in online betting.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or ID is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact Jita Beat support immediately.

Jita Beat reserves the right to reject any account registration at any time and for any reason, particularly if the information provided is false or incomplete.

Deposits and withdrawals on Jita Beat are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Daily Withdrawal Limit: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually 5–30 minutes

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport is required.

Jita Beat does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, charges from mobile banking services may apply. For any suspicious transactions, Jita Beat may place a withdrawal on hold until an investigation is complete.

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on Jita Beat:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed and a bet is confirmed, Jita Beat reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the decision of Jita Beat shall be final.
• Arbitrage betting and the use of bots or automated software are strictly prohibited.

Jita Beat reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. Accounts showing unusual betting patterns may be subject to investigation.

Jita Beat's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each offer has its own detailed terms, which are outlined on the offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members get a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement is 10x.
• Bonus validity: Each bonus must be used within 7 days of being issued, after which it will expire.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless the offer's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Abuse: Jita Beat reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

Jita Beat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. For ongoing bonuses, at least 24 hours' notice will be provided.

Jita Beat may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to the system.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in collusion (coordinated manipulation).
• If money laundering is suspected.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded after verification. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.

Jita Beat is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is lost due to an internet disconnection or technical error.
• If a third-party service (such as mobile banking) is disrupted, transactions may be delayed.
• If someone else gains access to your account password and your account is compromised.
• If betting does not generate the expected returns.

Jita Beat strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times. However, the platform may experience temporary downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. Any bets confirmed during such periods will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jita Beat:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate match outcomes.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to access another user's account.

Jita Beat reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
